Josh DeLay leads J.B. Hunt’s Final Mile business development organization, where he and his team work with clients to build solutions that optimize heavy-bulky product flow, maximize their customers’ in-home experience and create a positive culture of operational excellence.
Prior to joining J.B. Hunt, he spent ten years with Whirlpool Corporation, working on the shipper side of the industry in areas of responsibility including manufacturing, warehouse management, inventory and transportation planning, final mile operations and sales and marketing.
Josh is a certified Six Sigma black belt with a degree in Finance from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. He resides in Bentonville, Ark. with his wife, Jessica, and two young sons.
